NSWCAG Constitution Amendments 2013

NSWCAG invites all its members to a Special General meeting to make some important changes to our constitution. The current constitution is now more than 5 years old and NSWCAG has grown and evolved significantly since this time.  All of the amendments were decided upon by the Board of Trustees through a long process of discussion that began at a special planning day held for the purposes of reviewing the Constitution.  Many of the amendments make important changes to ensure greater consumer involvement in the governance of the organisation, others changes are to make the constitution clearer and to clarify the role of the members and the Board. Below you can access the Special Meeting documents:

1.            Invitation to the Special Meeting on November 4th, 2013

2.            NSWCAG Current Constitution 2008

3.            Table of Motions to be discussed and voted on November 4th, 2013

If you have any questions about the motions please contact the NSWCAG office on 9136 5130.
